Question 1

Can we do everything online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share your brief and assets online, review the draft remotely and receive your finished work digitally. No studio visit needed.

Question 2

Can you work in both Tamil and English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Tamil, English or both. We adapt promotional content for meaning and tone, and review the wording with you before final delivery.

Question 3

What should I send you?

Accepted Answer

Your text, accurate product or event details, a logo if you have one, and photographs you have permission to use. For invitations, please double-check names, dates and venue details.

Question 4

How long will my project take?

Accepted Answer

The delivery date is agreed after we review your brief, assets and scope. Any deadline you enter is a request, not a confirmed delivery promise.

Question 5

Do you offer invitation websites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A template-based event page with your schedule, photographs and map link is currently ₹1,999 at our launch price (regular ₹3,999). Domain, hosting and any extra features are confirmed separately.

Question 6

How do payment and revisions work?

Accepted Answer

We confirm your scope, price, payment terms and included revisions before work begins. Extra concepts or changes outside that scope are quoted separately.
